Who we are

8bound is a young Berlin-based sales and marketing agency. We help startups and B2B companies win new customers — through real conversations, smart strategies, and modern tools. Our team is ambitious, growing fast, and we're looking for you.

What you'll do

→Research and identify high-potential target customers across the DACH market
→Reach out via phone, email, or LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
→Plan meetings and appointments for clients and support the sales team
→Develop outreach strategies together with the team
→Join client calls and experience first-hand how modern B2B sales works

No prior experience needed — we teach you everything.

What you bring

✓Currently enrolled at a university or college
✓Native-level German (additional languages a plus)
✓Independent, motivated, and proactive working style
✓Genuine interest in sales, marketing, or how businesses grow
