What is SDR as a Service?
SDR as a Service means outsourcing your Sales Development Representatives to a specialized agency rather than hiring internally. Instead of recruiting, training and managing SDRs yourself, you get a fully operational outbound team that starts in week 2 — covering cold calling (Kaltakquise), email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach and lead generation across the DACH market.
Yes — but a modern one. We combine classic B2B telemarketing (structured cold calling with real SDRs) with digital channels like email sequences and LinkedIn automation. The result is a multichannel outbound engine that generates qualified leads, not just call volume. We specialize exclusively in the DACH market: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Traditional telemarketing agencies focus on call volume and hand over raw leads. SDR as a Service goes further: we embed within your sales process, use your CRM, qualify leads to your standards and book meetings directly into your team's calendar. Your SDR becomes a functional part of your revenue team — not a call center disconnected from your pipeline.
What does it cost?
Our entry package (Start S) starts at €3,400/month + €1,500 one-time kick-off fee. All-inclusive: HubSpot CRM setup, telephony, reporting, weekly review calls, dedicated project manager. Minimum 6-month engagement. Larger packages (Grow and Scale) go up from there — contact us for the right fit.
No. The monthly fee covers: dedicated SDR time, HubSpot instance, telephony platform, target account list data, weekly reporting and review calls. No setup surprises and no per-lead fees.
The minimum is 6 months. Outbound has a ramp-up period — you need enough data to learn and optimize, and the best results come from consistent pressure over time. Most clients see the strongest ROI in months 3–6 as the ICP sharpens.
How does it work?
Within 1–2 weeks of kickoff: HubSpot is live, the target account list is built, and the call script is written and signed off. First calls go out in week 2. First meetings typically appear in week 3–4.
No. We set up a HubSpot instance for you and give you full access from day one. If you already have a CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) we can integrate into it instead.
Initially: one 2-hour kickoff call to align on ICP, messaging and product. Then: one weekly 30-min review call. That's it — we handle the rest operationally so your team can stay focused on closing the deals we book.
Multichannel by default: phone, email sequences (HubSpot or Apollo) and LinkedIn outreach. In the DACH market, phone remains the highest-converting first-touch for B2B. We combine channels based on what works for your ICP.
What can I expect?
Up to 100 qualified calls per day — significantly above the industry average of 20–30. This high frequency is one of the biggest competitive advantages in DACH outbound. More calls = more data, faster learning, faster pipeline.
It varies significantly by industry, ICP and product. In healthcare we've seen 14%. In SaaS, 8–12% is typical. In FMCG wholesale, 23%. We set realistic expectations in the kickoff and track meeting rate as the primary KPI from week one.
After the pilot you have concrete data: call-to-meeting rate, ICP validation, objection map, qualified lead pipeline. You then decide: scale with 8bound, build it internally, or pause. We support all three outcomes and won't pressure you into renewal.
Is this legal?
Yes — B2B cold calling is permitted in Germany under specific conditions (§7 UWG: implied consent for B2B contacts with a plausible business relationship). We work exclusively with GDPR-compliant approaches and walk you through the legal framework during kickoff.
All contact data is sourced from legally compliant databases. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with every client. We do not purchase consumer data and only contact business contacts with a plausible commercial relationship.
